- Job Summary:
- Coordinates
personal and business services for clients in an office building.
- Major Duties:
- A. Provides
and markets concierge services to tenants in office building, which
include but are not limited to: floral orders, gifts, premium tickets,
dry-cleaning, and catering from the building lobby.
B. Maintains professional rapport with property management.
C. Acknowledges and greets all tenants, guests and clients with
a smile. Responds to questions regarding the neighborhood, building,
and services.
D. Projects an approachable and professional image in personal
appearance and desk area at all times. Adheres to dress code.
E. Consistently accessible to clients during the concierge desk
hours.
F. Provides outstanding customer service at all times.
G. Obtains and maintains information on client profiles, accounts,
area events, and vendors.
H. Coordinates tenant and lobby activities. Relationships: Reports
to Senior Concierge and Director of Corporate Services. Responds to
requests of Property Manager.
- Qualifications:
- High School
Graduate. Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior sales, retail, and/or hospitality
experience. Outstanding communication and people skills. Ability to
effectively handle multiple tasks. Computer/Internet skills a plus.
