Capitol Concierge CEO receives recognition for distinguished leadership
ROCKVILLE, Md., October 23, 2024—Capitol Concierge is pleased to announce that CEO Lynda Ellis has been named a 2024 Most Admired CEO honoree by The Daily Record. She has received this prestigious honor for the second time, with her first win in 2020. The award honors business leaders and nonprofit executive directors throughout Maryland who are admired by their employees and the greater community. A panel of judges selects them based on their leadership, vision, professional accomplishments, and community service.
“The 2024 Most Admired CEOs have impressive resumes and work hard to lead their companies to success. They have learned the value of surrounding themselves with great team members who believe in the organization’s core values and mission,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/The Daily Record. “They are examples to all CEOs, and their leadership is growing the next generation. The Daily Record congratulates this year’s honorees.”
Ellis joined Capitol Concierge in 1998 and later purchased the company in 2007. Known for her passion for service, she has received notoriety for her industry-leading business approach and unique take on the concierge industry. Under her leadership, Capitol has grown to serve well over one million people in some of the world’s most prestigious properties and companies.
“I am humbled and honored to be recognized as one of The Daily Record’s Most Admired CEOs,” says Ellis. “This award is a testament to the Capitol team who inspires me each day. I’m grateful for the opportunity to lead such an incredible group of individuals and excited for what’s to come as we continue this journey together.”
