ROCKVILLE, Md., July 18, 2019 – Capitol Concierge, a leading global provider of corporate, commercial and individual concierge services, is pleased to announce that Gigi Galbraith, Director of Client Development, has been named Chair of the Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington’s (AOBA) Associates Coalition Team (ACT) Committee.
The ACT Committee supports AOBA by determining the best ways to improve the overall associate member experience while working to advance AOBA’s mission. The committee provides real estate industry associated professionals as a resource for education, advocacy, and training, and helps create opportunities to impact the surrounding communities in a positive, sustainable manner.
“Gigi is highly energetic, has an in-depth knowledge of corporate, commercial and residential property requirements and is a seasoned leader,” said Lynda Ellis, CEO of Capitol Concierge. “I am thrilled that she will be able to utilize her incredible skills to further AOBA’s mission.”
Galbraith joined Capitol Concierge in 2013 and is instrumental in developing strategic plans that enhance the company’s ability to expand business opportunities and implement new services and solutions. This includes pursuing global business opportunities; managing business verticals to build relationships and ensure specific needs are met; directing the development of service solutions that support client goals; and making sure that Capitol’s service offerings quickly adapt to changing client needs. In addition, Galbraith is responsible for pursuing strategic partnerships that are aligned with Capitol Concierge’s elite service offerings.
“It’s a privilege to be involved in an organization that is dedicated to advocacy and improving the local community,” said Galbraith. “My goal for the ACT Committee is to expand opportunities for educational programs and create stronger relationships between the owners/managers and the professional associate members, who are dedicated to the real estate industry and AOBA.”
