Douglas K. Beaver, CPP

Douglas K. Beaver, CPP, is an internationally recognized security consultant and business advisor. As the former President/CEO of a prominent Washington, D.C.-based security organization and senior-level executive for a global risk management firm, Mr. Beaver has over 25 years of experience within the law enforcement and security industries, and has provided security consultation, risk assessment analysis, and training on a wide variety of security matters and industry standards of care.

Mr. Beaver’s broad international security experience has taken him to many high-threat regions in the Middle East and Asia where he has provided his security expertise and solution-based consultation. Mr. Beaver is ASIS International Board Certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), and has attained senior-level certifications in homeland security through the American College of Forensics Examiners. He serves on the Advisory Board of the ASIS Global Terrorism, Political Instability, and International Crime Council. Mr. Beaver has written numerous articles and white papers and developed enterprise-wide corporate and operational security protocols for public and private sector organizations. In addition, he has lectured internationally on homeland security and business continuity matters for trade associations, property management firms, and Fortune 1000 companies.

 

Moshe Pridan

Moshe Pridan is an innovative executive with a unique blend of strategic, execution, and leadership capabilities. Mr. Pridan has global expertise in building, leading, and transforming groups into high-performing, productive, and motivated organizations.

Mr. Pridan is currently Vice President of Information Technology – Corporate Solutions at SiriusXM Radio Inc. Prior to joining SiriusXM, Mr. Pridan was Vice President of Solutions Delivery at Focus Technology Consulting, where he was responsible for creating enterprise value through strategic planning and delivery of professional services. During Mr. Pridan’s six-year tenure at Focus, the company ranked #14 in Washington Technology Magazine’s “Fast 50” list and was recognized as a Washington SmartCEO “Future 50” company. Prior to Focus, Mr. Pridan spent four year with Amdocs, spearheading system development and implementation of customer care and billing software solutions for large telecommunications companies. Before that, he worked for Partner Communications Company and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Mr. Pridan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and accounting from The Hebrew University.

 

Kathryn Clement

Advisory Board of Directors

Kathryn Clement has more than 20 years of experience in property management. She currently serves as Vice President, Director of Asset Services at Vornado/Charles E. Smith, a preeminent owner, manager and developer in Washington, DC. Ms. Clement is responsible for overall operation for a commercial office portfolio in the Washington, DC metropolitan area in excess of five million square feet. She has direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the properties and reporting to third party owners.

Prior to joining Vornado/Charles E. Smith in May 2003, Ms. Clement held property management positions at Advantis Real Estate Service, MGP Real Estate LLC and Manulife Financial.

Ms. Clement holds professional designations of Real Property Administrator (RPA) from Building Owners and Managers Institute (1997), Certified Property Manager (CPM) from Institute of Real Estate Management (2005), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) (2006), and her Property Manager’s License in the District of Columbia. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District and currently serves as Secretary. Ms. Clement has a BA from Mount Holyoke College.
