President, CEO, Owner
Lynda’s passion: Doing the right thing.
Lynda is the award-winning Owner, President, and CEO of Washington, D.C.-based Capitol Concierge. Under her leadership, the Capitol Concierge brand has become synonymous with best-in-class service and top-notch professionalism.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Lynda developed a passion for customer service at an early age. A graduate of St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, she spent more than 25 years in instructional technology, selling and marketing computer-based education and training products and earning numerous awards for her performance and leadership. In 1998, Lynda joined Capitol Concierge and later purchased the company in 2007. Since then, she has been guiding the enterprise with her passion for service and trademark enthusiasm.
Lynda’s accomplishments include being named the CEO World Award’s 2016 Gold Winner “Female CEO of the Year, Hospitality, Travel and Recreation;” Golden Bridge Award’s 2015 Gold Winner “Women Executive of the Year;” Enterprising Women Magazine’s 2013 “Enterprising Women of the Year;” Smart CEO’s 2013 “Future 50 Award;” and 2012 Brava! “Business Hall of Fame;” the prestigious “National Capital Business Ethics Award” in 2012; the Inc. 5000 list; and the Apartment and Office Building Association’s “Outstanding Leadership Award” for seven consecutive years. Lynda was also named “Outstanding Young Woman in America” and awarded the “Presidential Appreciation Award” by the American Red Cross.

Executive VP, Development
Misty’s passion: Building and maintaining client relationships
As Executive VP, Development, Misty focuses on strategic growth, company profitability and operations. Her extensive marketing, sales and recruitment expertise helps guide Capitol Concierge’s growth as it pursues global opportunities.
Misty has unique global experience that makes her an invaluable asset to Capitol Concierge’s executive team. Before joining Capitol, she spent six years working as the Director of Federal Business Development and Director of Recruiting for Focus Technology Consulting. In this fast-paced, deadline-driven IT service management area, she developed a knack for spotting talent. Misty also spent several years in the retail management sector, which is a strength that benefits Capitol in its expansion efforts.
Misty is highly skilled at strategic organization and direction, identifying and solving problems and has a wonderful track record of success in identifying industry developments and trends.
Vice President, Operations
Chris’ passion: Big picture thinking that leads to dynamic decision making.
Chris is a tenacious team player with exceptional problem-solving skills. As Vice President, Operations, Chris uses his extensive operations management experience to ensure that all of Capitol Concierge’s departments continue to operate to their fullest capabilities. His ability to think ‘big picture’ and his financial analysis skills lead the executive team to make strategic decisions that position Capitol for continued growth.
Before joining the Capitol Concierge team, Chris spent more than 15 years in the government contracting sector in operations and program management. In 2004, Chris earned a President’s Leadership Award for his services as Lead Logistician for the Biohazard Detection Systems Program. He holds a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
