COVID-19 Update

During these challenging times, I want to assure you that the health and wellbeing of the Capitol Concierge community is our number one priority. As essential personnel, we’re committed to serving our clients during this unprecedented and difficult period and want to share with you the steps we’re taking to protect our employees, clients, families and the communities in which we live and work.

We’re closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local authorities.

We’ve trained our concierges on how to create safe barriers between themselves and tenants/residents.

We’ve provided our concierges with supplies to help keep them protected while they’re serving the community.

We’re hiring displaced workers in order to help the local economy and providing essential financial help to those who have been laid off by their companies due to COVID-19.

We’ve transitioned to a remote corporate workforce and implemented virtual meetings and training sessions.

We’re providing additional emotional support to our employees through increased communications and virtual events such as coffee and happy hours and a book club.

We’re supporting our community with a weekly newsletter that offers tips and ideas on things to do while adhering to social distancing.

We’ve implemented additional touchpoints between our account managers and employees and clients to discuss their needs and concerns.

For more information about COVID-19 and what you can do to keep healthy and safe, visit the Centers for Disease Control at cdc.gov or your local health department’s website.

Lastly, please stay safe, healthy, calm and take care of those you love. We’re all in this together so be kind and understanding. Please know that the Capitol Concierge team is here for you and we hope that you find comfort in knowing that we will weather this storm together.

Sincerely,

Lynda Ellis
